At The Crossing Church, you’re not an outsider, you’re family. Find your place, build real relationships, and be rooted in a community where you are known, loved, and walking together in faith.

Our mission at The Crossing Church is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ through Belonging, Believing, and Becoming.

We believe in Jesus as Savior and Lord, and that faith in Him changes everything. As you trust in His life, death, and resurrection, you’ll discover the hope, freedom, and new life only He can give.

Following Jesus is a journey of transformation, not just a moment. As we grow together by His Spirit, we become fully devoted followers of Christ, shaped, strengthened, and sent to live out our faith every day.
The core values are what set us apart from the world and hold us to a standard of excellence that benefits the ones we serve in hopes representing the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in a way that will promote the life and death of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Our core values and vision begin with our heart posture. Only when those align with God's word can we be a representation of His will on this earth.

Ephesians 4:2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
Servant leadership will be the example of leadership throughout The Crossing Church. The more a person is promoted within the organization, the more servant-hood and humility will be expected. Ascending in the organization means a greater loss of personal rights and a greater gain in responsibility. Humility will lead in direction taken and given between all individuals on the team regardless of their position with the organization.

Ephesians 4:3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
Unity will be promoted internally and externally. Unity will lead out interactions internally within the staff, the church, and externally with other churches that we relate to. Relationships and people will always supersede policies and issues. A team approach to ministry, problem solving, and decision making will be standard for measuring success.

Ephesians 4:13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. 14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
Each person will be responsible for personal growth, including physical and emotional health, regular practice in the Word and prayer, fellowship, generosity and service to the body and others. Staff members will be expected to continually grow in truth telling, self-awareness, and LOVE.

Ephesians 4:11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…
We embrace God’s ultimate position of authority (Jesus is the Head of the Church) and His delegated authority in the local church through its leadership and Elders. We will give honour to whom honour is due internally and externally. We will operate within the proper chains of authority throughout our organisation and all persons are to refer back to our core values in reference to coaching and or correction.

Ephesians 4:1 As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.
All aspects of ministry and administration will bear the standard of excellence for the glory of God. Every individual will pursue and reflect the spirit of excellence (not perfection), always striving for God’s very best. Each person will be individually challenged and evaluated based on their personal best. The goal of excellence will be the benefit of the people we serve. Leadership and the ability to equip others (multiply ministry) will determine promotion.
