Spend a few minutes with Pastors Greg and Tamara Dumas, and you'll notice right away that they genuinely love people. They enjoy hearing people's stories and walking alongside them. That heart for relationship has shaped the way they've led The Crossing Church since 2005. Pastor Greg's story starts right here in Tampa, where he was born, though he grew up in Oklahoma. That's where he met Tamara, and the two have now been married for 33 years. Eventually, God brought Pastor Greg back to the city of his birth, this time with a calling to pastor it.

Their passion for seeing God change lives is personal. After years of living with pain from a football injury, Pastor Greg experienced God's healing firsthand. He knows what it's like to carry something for a long time, and he knows what it's like when God steps in. That experience still fuels the way he preaches, prays, and believes for others. Pastors Greg and Tamara take seriously the responsibility God has given them, not only for The Crossing Church but for the entire region. Pastor Greg has a burning passion to see Tampa Bay transformed, and he partners with pastors and organizations throughout the area to bring churches together for the good of our community.
Family is at the center of their lives. They have three wonderful children, a son-in-law they love like their own, and two grandchildren who bring them endless joy. Above all, Pastors Greg and Tamara want everyone who walks through the doors of The Crossing Church to belong, believe, and become all God created them to be.
