HOW TO PRAY
1 Timothy 2:4 He wants all people to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth.
Our God wants all people to receive salvation. He is burdened for the lost and desires none to perish. Pray that God fills you with His burden for the lost. Take some time to pray for the salvation of the lost. Let’s not just focus on our own family members, but pray also for our neighbors, work colleagues, the region of Tampa Bay, governing officials, and all those in our circles of influence.
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
There are not many paths to God, only one. Jesus is the only way. Pray for truth to be revealed to those who are still trusting in other ways to reach God, either through good works or believing in other gods.
2 Corinthians 4:4
The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
Pray that every way the enemy has tried to blind unbelievers of the gospel, that the veil will be removed, that God will convict unbelievers of their sin, and draw them to repentance.

HOW TO PRAY
Matthew 4:18-20
As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.” At once they left their nets and followed him.
Christ saves our soul so we can spread the Good News. We are saved to serve! God has freed us from sin to serve Him.
Pray that God will teach you and other believers to become fishers of men, that we will be able to share the gospel not just with family and friends, but with those in your community.
Matthew 5:14-16
You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
Pray for your brothers and sisters of The Crossing Church that we would have boldness and courage to step out and share the truth of the gospel. Command the spirit of fear to leave our lives.
Matthew 9:37-38
Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”
Pray that God will continue to raise up and send out workers to reach the lost. Pray that God will empower us all with the gifts of the Spirit to equip us for the work of evangelism.

HOW TO PRAY
Jeremiah 6:16
This is what the Lord says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it.’
Pray that God will teach us these old paths; that we will have a hunger to seek out the old ways through the Word and prayer.
Pray for a restoration of the old paths in our lives which include, but are not limited to: faith, fasting, forgiveness, baptism of the Holy Spirit, Gifts of the Spirit, hunger for God’s word, prayer, obedience to God’s word, and freedom from demonic oppression.
Deuteronomy 6:6-7
These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Pray for grandparent/parent/guardians of The Crossing Church, that God would give them wisdom, knowledge, and skill in how we are to pass on and teach God’s word to our children.
VALLEY GATE
Represents: Trials, Humbling

HOW TO PRAY
James 1:13
When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone
As we face trials, it can cause us to harden our heart towards God. Let us pray for ourselves and for The Crossing Church that God exposes where we have any offense towards Him, for the trials we face, and any areas where we may be accusing Him.
Pray that we can submit to Him in the valley, through all trials.
Pray that we will once again feel His love, acceptance, belonging, and hear His voice.
James 1:2-4
Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
Pray for yourself and other believers of The Crossing Church who are facing trials in the valley.
Pray for humility to submit to God’s leading and direction, to remain faithful, to persevere, and to not quit.
Galatians 6:2
Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Pray that pride will not cause anyone to be in isolation if they are currently walking in a valley.
Pray that we would ask for help and allow others to carry our burdens.
Pray for life groups, that many would join, find family, and community.
REFINER GATE
Represents: Consuming, Fire, Purification

HOW TO PRAY
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Pray that we will not just confess our sins, but that we would repent (which means we are turning away from sin, not wanting to go back).
Pray that God will strengthen us not to return to past sin.
Pray that the enemy, who accuses us day and night, and torments us over past sin, be silenced. Pray that all shame be lifted off. Pray for boldness to also confess our sins to another trusted person as this can bring healing, as stated in James 5:16.
Mark 7:20-23
He went on: “What comes out of a person is what defiles them. For it is from within, out of a person’s heart, that evil thoughts come—sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and defile a person.”
Pray that God will set people free at The Crossing Church, from the sins listed in the above verses. Pray for healing, and that people will not return to past sin.
2 Corinthians 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
Pray for the Crossing Church, that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. We are believing for freedom from addiction, freedom from sexual immorality, freedom from anxiety, freedom from depression, freedom from all forms of evil and sin. So that people who come here will leave transformed and set free.

Ezekiel 36:25-26
I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
Pray for repentance to arise in the body of Christ, for where we have sinned or have given place to idols.
Pray that God will cleanse our heart, heal our hearts, and remove any hardness of heart.
Proverbs 11:25
A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.
Pray for a continual refreshing over our Lead Pastors, Executive Pastors, Staff Pastors, Elders, and all staff of The Crossing Church. Pray also for our servant leaders, and members to be refreshed.
Pray for refreshing over the Pastors of this region.

HOW TO PRAY
John 7:37-38
On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.
Pray for a Hunger to arise, pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit in every believer at The Crossing Church.
Pray that every believer who comes to The Crossing will experience a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit.
Psalm 119:89
Your word, Lord, is eternal;
it stands firm in the heavens.
Pray for a hunger to arise in your heart, and for every believer in The Crossing for the word of God, and that there would be an increase of revelation, wisdom, understanding as we read the word.
Pray for the Pastors of this house, that as they prepare the message, they will experience an open heaven of revelation and understanding from the word of God.

Isaiah 54:17

Declare no weapon formed against us will prosper, against our Pastors, Staff, Elders, Servant leaders, and every believer at The Crossing.
Pray for continual protection, and that God’s angelic forces will encamp around and fight for us.
Luke 10:19
I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.
Pray that God teaches every believer at The Crossing our authority in Christ.
Pray for every believer at The Crossing that is feeling beat up, crushed, or oppressed by the enemy. Pray that every demonic force operating against them will be destroyed and the battle belongs to the Lord. He will fight for them!
Joshua 1:3
I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses.
Pray that God will give us victory in every place we set our foot across Tampa Bay.
Pray that God sends out His angelic forces to overthrow the principalities and powers over Tampa Bay.
Pray for God to download to believers His strategy for advancement across the seven mountains of influence.
Pray that we as a body become strong and courageous as we advance God’s Kingdom purpose on earth.
Command the spirit of fear to leave.

HOW TO PRAY
Philippians 3:20
But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ
Pray that as believers, we are hungry to learn about our citizenship in heaven through the word of God, prayer, and how we can fulfill God’s purposes on earth
Pray that God teaches us to live with eternity in mind.
Ephesians 2:10
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Pray that believers at The Crossing would come to know the good works God has prepared for them.
Pray that God would visit us with dreams and visions of the work He wants us to do.
Pray that God would bring us back into alignment if we are currently not following His way.
2 Timothy 1:6
For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.
Pray that we are faithful to use the spiritual gifts that God has given us.
Pray that every believer at The Crossing comes to know and recognize the gifts that are working in them.

HOW TO PRAY
Matthew 25:19
“After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them.
From the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14-30) we know that God is going to return and desires to see how we have invested His gifts.
Pray that we are faithful with the influence God has given us.
Pray that fear does not stop us from moving forward with the things God has given us to do.
Pray for forgiveness against procrastination.
Matthew 7:24-27
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
Pray that we all as believers inspect what we are building on. Are we building on the rock based on obedience and direction from God, or building on sand?
Matthew 7:1-2
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
Pray for forgiveness where we as the body have judged another believer or person.
Pray that we will be a judgement-free zone, that every person would experience love, acceptance, and belonging.
