Update Regarding Giving Platform

We recognize some of you have experienced difficulties with our giving platform, especially regarding a delay in funds transferring from your account when you give. We wanted to provide you an update that we hope will result in your gifts processing in a timely manner that improves your overall giving experience.

Our giving platform partners, Vision2, have migrated to a new bank, who will be processing all new ACH and check transactions. Over the next few days, Vision2 will be finalizing updates as part of their commitment to ensure the best possible experience for you with the hope that this resolves the issue of transferred funds being delayed.

We would like to thank you for your continued grace during any difficult experiences that you may have had and extend our gratitude for your continued generosity in bringing your time, talent, & treasure into The Crossing Church.
